poor water pressure hard bed
the breakfast was superb with a buffet plus hot food brought to the table.
the water pressure in the shower was very poor. i spent most of the time trying to adjust it to get more water. the bed was two smaller ones pushed together, and they felt different in hardness. this made sleep harder.

friendly staff delicious food hot drinks
The staff were great. This ensured I felt welcome. I enjoyed the food, delicious and reasonably priced. The room provided facilities for making hot drinks and a good bathroom. This added convenience to my stay.
The heater in my room did not significantly reduce the cold.

The room was very quiet, even with karaoke in the bar. The bed was huge. A lovely bath and an enormous rain shower enhanced the bathroom.

The staff made sure everyone felt right at home. When I asked for an extra slice of lemon, the staff member was happy to arrange this for me. I thought it was a nice personal touch.

cute staff excellent food super clean bathroom
the staff was very cute and helpful. i found the food to be excellent, especially the carvery. the bathroom was spotlessly clean, a real plus for me.

a generally positive experience
spacious room large rain shower comfortable experience small room expensive breakfast sleep impossibility
the room was spacious i stayed in room 11. it was well heated i was very comfortable. the bathroom featured a lovely bath and a large rain shower.
the room was small i stayed there. breakfast was expensive this was not included. noise made sleep impossible i did expect this.

tasty breakfast friendly staff cold heater uncomfortable bed
the breakfast was very tasty and nicely presented. the staff were all friendly and helpful.
the heater in my room made no difference to the cold unfortunately. unfortunately the single bed i had was awfully uncomfortable so sleep was minimal.
